The Blue and Green Soiree salt-free challenge is a huge success in creating awareness for the need for salt-free options for people struggling on a daily basis with health conditions.
Kidney disease, hypertension and heart disease require a person to be conscious of their daily salt intake. Too much salt presents a direct negative effect on their wellness, making salt a silent killer.
